Balıkesir University Technology Transfer Office (BAÜN TTO) adopts the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle within the framework of its quality management approach.
Activity plans prepared for each period are drawn up in line with strategic objectives, performance indicators and planned activities.
In the PUKÖ-Based Activity Plan section, plans for each period are shared transparently and traceability is ensured. This approach contributes to the continuous improvement of TTO activities, the active participation of stakeholders in the process, and quality assurance.
