Balıkesir Üniversitesi Teknoloji Transfer Ofisi A.Ş. (BAÜN TTO A.Ş.) was established in 2023 as a 100% subsidiary of Balıkesir University. The institution aims to create added value by bringing together the academic knowledge, research infrastructure, and human resources of Balıkesir University with industry, the public, and society. Within the scope of its activities, guidance is provided in many areas, particularly consultancy for academics and students, R&D collaborations, entrepreneurship, and commercialization processes. The transformation of research results into economic and social benefits is supported through university-industry joint projects, as well as training and consultancy services.
