PDCA Based Activity Plans
Balıkesir University Technology Transfer Office (BAÜN TTO) bases its activities on the PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Act) cycle within the framework of its quality management approach.
The activity plans prepared for each period are created in line with strategic goals, performance indicators, and the activities planned to be carried out.
Under the PDCA Based Activity Plan tab, the plans for the periods are shared transparently and traceability is provided. This approach contributes to the continuous improvement of TTO activities, the active participation of stakeholders in the process, and quality assurance.
