Balıkesir University Technology Transfer Office (BAÜN TTO) regularly monitors and evaluates the performance of its processes within the scope of its quality management approach. The Process Performance Monitoring Report (SPİK), prepared for this purpose, is used to measure the effectiveness of TTO activities, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and ensure continuous improvement.

SPİK is prepared based on performance indicators determined for each period; planned targets are compared with actual results and reported. This ensures transparent monitoring of processes, accountability and quality assurance.

SPIK tables for each period are shared in this section, contributing to stakeholders' access to information about the processes and enhancing traceability.
