Process Performance Monitoring Scorecards (PPMS)
Balıkesir University Technology Transfer Office (BAÜN TTO) regularly monitors and evaluates the performance of its processes within the scope of its quality management approach. The Process Performance Monitoring Scorecard (PPMS) prepared for this purpose is used to measure the effectiveness of TTO activities, reveal strong areas and those open to improvement, and ensure continuous improvement.
PPMS is prepared based on the performance indicators determined for each period; it is reported by comparing the planned targets with the actual results. Thus, transparent monitoring of processes, accountability, and quality assurance are provided.
The PPMS tables for each period are shared in this section, contributing to stakeholders obtaining information about the processes and increasing traceability.
