Cooperation Meeting between Balıkesir University Technology Transfer Office and BASİAD

Balıkesir University (BAÜN) Technology Transfer Office and Balıkesir Industrialists and Businessmen Association (BASİAD) held an introductory and cooperation meeting as part of university-city-industry collaboration efforts.

ZThe meeting, attended by the Head of the Technology Transfer Office and Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Satıl and the Rector's Technology Advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alaaddin Toktaş, was also attended by BASİAD Vice-President Ercan Sürenkök and Marketing Director Kerem Başaran, as well as faculty members from the BAÜN Faculty of Engineering and the BAÜN Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

During the meeting, held in the Senate Hall, ideas were exchanged about joint R&D projects between Balıkesir University and BASİAD, student employment, and the support academics would provide to the sector.

Speaking at the end of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Fatih Satıl, Head of the Technology Transfer Office and Vice-Rector, emphasised the importance of university-city-industry cooperation in his speech, stating that cooperation meetings would continue on various topics and thanking the participants.
