Visit to BAÜN TTO from a Potential Patent Firm

Balıkesir University Technology Transfer Office (BAÜN TTO) continues its efforts to strengthen collaborations in the field of intellectual property and patents.

Within this scope, Erol Köksalanlar, founder of Potansiyel Patent, and Uğur Erdem, senior advisor at Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), visited BAÜN TTO. During the visit, opportunities for developing university-industry collaboration, establishing joint working areas in intellectual property processes, and working together in education and consultancy activities were evaluated.

The visit was attended by Balıkesir University Technology Transfer Office Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatmagül TOLUN, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayla SOLMAZ AVCIKURT, Lecturer Dr. Mesut ERYİĞİT, and Mustafa ZEYBEK. At the end of the visit, a consensus was reached on increasing joint work and cooperation opportunities in the coming period.
